Return Policy

You may return most new items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. However, since most sills are made to order, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call Sill‑Rite Customer Service (1–800–503–2334) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer is responsible for return shipment. Returned goods must arrive at Sill‑Rite in good, resalable condition and must be marked with the RMA number. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Sills that have been cut or damaged are not eligible for return.

If the reason for return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), the stocking fee is waived and Sill–Rite will also refund any shipping charges.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at 1‑800‑503‑2334, or email orders@sill‑ to request a replacement.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
