Premium sills are available in custom lengths. To order a custom length sill:
1. Select the next largest size listed sills. For instance. if you want to order a 49" sill, select the 53" sill.
2. When entering your billing information, enter a note in the Comment field stating the size that you want the sill to be. For the above example you would enter, “Make the 53" sill 49" long.”
Limits to Custom Lengths
Custom lengths are only available for Premium sills.
Sills can be ordered to tolerances up to 1/2–inch.
Due to shipping limitations, we cannot make sills longer than 106 inches.

You may return most new items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. However, since most sills are made to order, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call Sill‑Rite Customer Service (1–800–503–2334) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer is responsible for return shipment. Returned goods must arrive to Sill‑Rite in good, resalable condition and must be marked with the RMA number. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Sills that have been cut or damaged are not eligible for return.
If the reason for return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), the stocking fee is waived and Sill–Rite will also refund any shipping charges.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at 1‑800‑503‑2334, or email orders@sill‑rite.com to request a replacement.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
